Bulgaria Rentals - Rent an apartment, a villa or a country house

Bulgaria rentals are usually easy to find. It's just a question of which type of rental property you are looking for.

If you are, like us at Bulgaria Travel Guide, nature lovers and enjoy getting away from the city hustle and bustle, you may choose to rent a property instead of staying in a hotel.

This is also convenient if you are looking to buy a property in the area.

For a start, its significantly cheaper – particularly if you want to stay long-term.

There are a variety of rental options for short or long term.

Apartments - These really range from around 500 Euros p/m all the way up to 5000 Euros a month. Like anywhere if you do some hunting around with the locals you will be sure to get a bargain, but you have to be prepared to put in the hard work.

Villas – You can really end up getting your hand bitten off if you are not careful with this option. Some villa rentals both cost a fortune, and are in an urbanisation area away from the beach. Make sure you get something that is within walking distance to the beach or a city centre. Prices for newly built Villas will be somewhere in the region of 500 – 1500 Euros per week (but usually sleep quite a few people).

Country Properties - my pick if you want to get away from it all and have a retreat. These places wont break the bank and they give you total seclusion. You will need a car with this option, but its worth it to be surrounded by rural charm and fruit trees!

You can pick up a country property for 200 Euros a week and sometimes even less if its long term.

Most places will give you a discount for longer stay than a week or two – there is no harm in asking anyway!

If you have any enquiries about the sort of stay you are after in Bulgaria, contact us and we will gladly assist you.
